Tim Farron speaks on the rights of EU nationals

Ahead of last Wednesday's vote in the House of Lords Lib Dem leader Tim Farron spoke in favour of the right to remain for the 3.2 million EU citizens resident in this country.
The House of Lords subsequently defeated the government by a majority of 102 votes, on an amendment to the article 50 bill that seeks to secure EU citizens right to remain in Britain.
