Petition: Let Hampshire vote!

Petition: Let Hampshire vote

The Labour Government has written to councils giving them the option to cancel the local elections in May. This is another disgraceful attack on our democracy. After years of being taken for granted by both Labour and the Conservatives, people deserve their right to vote – not to have it taken away because the government and councils are afraid of the result. They can't be allowed to cling to power by cancelling the elections. The people of Hampshire deserve a say – sign our petition to let Hampshire vote in May.
